Windsock Information

In a effort to condition my Shetland Sheepdogs to the rigors of dog showing, my windsocks were conceived so the dogs would not be bothered with tenting. Since 1993, I have been painting AKC dog breeds onto windsocks for the canine community. Dog owners from the confirmation ring, obedience ring, agility ring, herding trials and pet owners have been purchasing these custom crafted windsocks to proudly display at their homes, kennels and motorhomes.

Some interesting facts about each windsock:

  • All AKC breeds available. We are adding new breeds as they are recognized by the AKC.
  • Over 20 top fabric color choices
  • Each windsock is 7 inches in diameter and 54 inches long
  • Coordinating bottom streamers to match your top color choice
  • Each windsock is individually hand sewn and painted
  • A photo of your dog may be sent (for color and markings only). All photos will be returned with your order.
  • Obedience and Agility windsocks are available with a choice of jumps or obstacles.
  • All custom orders take 4-6 weeks for delivery.
